This is not a market study turned into software. It has run a working contractor’s site visits since June 2026 and their quotations since July, every working day: 487 site visits across 124 sites, with 18 supervisors active in the last thirty days, and 171 quotations under the company’s own serial numbers at about 38 a week through August.

Agree a rate for a customer’s site once. The next time anyone on your team quotes that site, the same rate is already filled in, so two people never quote one site differently.

The percentage is worked out from what your supervisor already typed, and there is a page that shows you the arithmetic behind it, line by line. When the floor area for a site is missing it tells you it cannot work the number out.

One setup fee, then a subscription you choose monthly or yearly. Quote is flat per company. Crew is priced by field users.

A field user is a supervisor who checks in on site. Owners, managers and office staff are not counted. Excluding GST at 18 percent. Yearly is twelve months for the price of ten.

- Your price does not move while you are paying it
A change can only start on a renewal date, we write to you 60 days before it, and it is never more than 10 percent at one time.
- Your data is yours, any day
Export everything, any day. If you stop paying, the account goes read only. Nothing is deleted.

Does this replace Tally or our ERP?
Your accounts stay where they are. We do not replace Tally or your ERP and we do not ask you to. When a quotation is won, the app exports it in a format your accounts software can import, so nobody retypes line items. If you use a system we have not exported to yet, send us one sample import file and we will add it.
Whose data is it?
Yours. Export everything any day. If you stop paying, the app goes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
What happens where there is no signal?
Halcyon Crew installs to the home screen and opens without a signal once it is installed, and shows you what it last loaded. Sending a check in still needs a signal, and a check in typed without one is not held for later: it fails, and it has to be typed again once the phone is back in range.
What phones and computers does it need?
Halcyon Quote needs Chrome 108 or later, or Safari 15.4 or later, which on an iPhone means iOS 15.4 or later. On a laptop or desktop, a current Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. It reaches the server every time it is used, so it wants a 4G or Wi-Fi connection whenever it is open.
Halcyon Crew needs Chrome 111 or later on Android 8 or later, on a phone with 2 GB of memory or more, or iOS 16.4 or later, which is an iPhone 8 or newer. On a laptop or desktop, a current Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Chrome updates itself from the Play Store, so it is the Chrome version that decides this and rarely the Android one.
