Who is on site, right now.
The owner’s screen counts who went out, who is standing on a site as you read it, and how many visits have closed. It moves as the day does.
- 1 On site as you read it
- 2 The site, and the time he reached it
A supervisor checks in with GPS and time, and checks out with what got done. The owner sees the day as it happens.

Counted on a working contractor’s production systems on 1 September 2026. Method on request.
The percentage is worked out from what your supervisor already typed, and there is a page that shows you the arithmetic behind it, line by line. When the floor area for a site is missing it tells you it cannot work the number out. It does not make one up.
Every check in carries the time and how far the phone was from the site when it happened. Not a message saying he is there. The record.
If a supervisor checks in and never checks out, that site appears on your dashboard the same day, so a missing day cannot hide.
No app store, no email, no password to forget. He opens it from the home screen, types four digits and is on the day’s work. Two people can never hold the same PIN, and the owner can change one or switch a person off from inside the app.
A day is started once, from wherever the supervisor begins it, and every visit after that becomes a leg of it.
The location is read at check-in. If it is far from where the site is registered, the check-in still saves and the distance is on the record.
Attached to the visit rather than to a chat thread, so they can be found later.
What got finished, written once, by the person who watched it happen.
Every visit, its stage and its progress figure, with a link that explains how the figure was worked out.

It adds itself to the home screen and opens like any other app.
Twice a visit. Not in between, and not all day.
Home to the first site, site to site, and back. Travel comes out of those legs rather than out of a tracker.
It is captured, not typed, so nobody has to be trusted about either one.
He writes the day’s work in his own words, Tamil and English mixed. The app pulls out the measured quantities, then computes the percentage against the site’s floor area, stage by stage. Tap ‘How is this worked out?’ and see every number behind the bar.

The phone reads its location at the moment he checks in, so the record carries how far he was from the site pin, and the photographs he took on arrival sit on the visit rather than in a chat thread.
Surface prep, primer, screed, top coat. Every stage carries the share of the floor it has covered, and the figure at the top is the arithmetic across them rather than somebody’s impression of the week.
If a supervisor checks in and never checks out, that site is on the owner’s screen the same day, beside the issues and the stock that also need him.
A quality or safety issue is raised on site with photographs and stays open until it is closed on the record. The stock standing at that site is counted beside it.
One tap sends the day’s report to a WhatsApp group, and everything the company has recorded comes out as a spreadsheet of sixteen sheets when somebody wants the numbers.

Your accounts stay where they are. We do not replace Tally or your ERP and we do not ask you to. When a quotation is won, the app exports it in a format your accounts software can import, so nobody retypes line items. If you use a system we have not exported to yet, send us one sample import file and we will add it.
Yours. Export everything any day. If you stop paying, the app goes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
Halcyon Crew installs to the home screen and opens without a signal once it is installed, and shows you what it last loaded. Sending a check in still needs a signal, and a check in typed without one is not held for later: it fails, and it has to be typed again once the phone is back in range.
Halcyon Quote needs Chrome 108 or later, or Safari 15.4 or later, which on an iPhone means iOS 15.4 or later. On a laptop or desktop, a current Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. It reaches the server every time it is used, so it wants a 4G or Wi-Fi connection whenever it is open.
Halcyon Crew needs Chrome 111 or later on Android 8 or later, on a phone with 2 GB of memory or more, or iOS 16.4 or later, which is an iPhone 8 or newer. On a laptop or desktop, a current Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Chrome updates itself from the Play Store, so it is the Chrome version that decides this and rarely the Android one.
