Under a minute

per quotation

45 minutes to an hour before, through two people

Counted on a working contractor’s production systems on 1 September 2026. Method on request.

Three claims, and the screen behind each one.

  • The rate card on the systems step, with one build-up carrying a Site rate label and a price of its own because that site was quoted at that rate before.
    01 / 03

It remembers the rate you gave each site.

Agree a rate for a customer’s site once. The next time anyone on your team quotes that site, the same rate is already filled in, so two people never quote one site differently.

  • The head of a finished quotation: the contractor's own company name, address and phone, then the serial number and the date.
    02 / 03

The PDF is your letterhead, not ours.

It comes out on your letterhead, with your GSTIN, your SAC codes, your bank details and your signatory, and there is no line on it saying which software made it. Your customer cannot tell it apart from the one your office types in Word.

  • The site step of a quotation, showing the pincode, the state read from it, and the resulting CGST and SGST split for a job inside Tamil Nadu.
    03 / 03

The GST split follows the site, not your office.

A job in another state is IGST and a job at home is CGST and SGST, and the app works that out from the site’s own pincode rather than from where you are sitting. The serial numbers run on the Indian financial year.

A revision keeps the same serial number and adds Amend 1, Amend 2, so the whole chain reads in order and the totals only ever count the latest one. And one rate change reaches every phone in the team at once.

The numbered PDF

Serialled, on the letterhead, ready to send before the estimator leaves the site.

Captured from Quote’s own demo mode, which runs on invented customers and invented rates. Yours would carry your own.

It prints on your letterhead, not ours.

Send the quotation you send today. The page geometry, the letterhead art, the GSTIN and SAC, the bank details, the conditions and the signatory are built to match it, so a customer can’t tell it came from software.

The first thing we ask for is a quotation you have already sent. Not a description of it, the file. What comes back is that page, produced by software, with the arithmetic done and the serial in sequence.

The PDF the demo really generates, downloaded and rendered as it prints. The company, the rates and the customer in it are invented, and the document says so across the top.

What the person doing the quoting sees.

  • Customers and sites autocomplete

Two letters is usually enough. A new site takes about fifteen seconds to add.

  • The site decides the tax split

Inside the state it is CGST and SGST. Outside it is IGST. It is read off the site, not chosen.

  • Your rate card, in your units

Your brands, your systems, your thicknesses. Square feet or square metres.

  • A negotiated rate stays negotiated

A rate agreed for one site saves itself against that site, and comes back for whoever quotes it next. Nobody has to remember what was agreed in March.

  • Whole rupees, then GST

Rounding happens before tax, on its own line, and the total moves as you type.

Every quotation you have sent is still there.

  • 01

A revision keeps the serial it went out on and adds Amend 1, then Amend 2.

  • 02

Nothing is overwritten. The version the customer received stays on the record.

  • 03

Filter by customer, by site or by month.

  • 04

Excel export, one row per line item.

Who sees what.

A salesperson sees the quotations they raised. The owner sees all of them, with the week’s count on the home screen.

Rates and bank details are the owner’s to change, and nobody else’s.

Features

The features, one screen at a time.

01 / 06

The area, in the unit it was measured in.

Square feet or square metres, typed once. It becomes the quantity on every system on the quotation, and it can still be changed line by line.

The area step of a quotation, with square feet chosen, eighteen thousand square feet entered, and the same figure in square metres under the field.
  1. Feet or metres, whichever you measured in
  2. The floor area, typed once
  3. The same area in metres
02 / 06

The system and its thickness, off your rate card.

Your makes, your build-ups and your rates. The estimator picks the thickness the job needs and the line prices itself, so a rate cannot be invented standing on a site.

The systems step of a quotation, with three makes across the top, four build-ups from one millimetre to four, and the three millimetre system added at its own rate.
  1. Your makes, the ones you actually buy
  2. The thickness the job needs
  3. What that line comes to, at your rate
03 / 06

Filling material and line marking, each on its own line.

Levelling material by the kilo, yellow line marking by the running foot, and anything that is not in the catalogue underneath them. None of it is buried inside the floor rate.

The review step of a quotation, listing the floor system, the filling material, the yellow line marking and one extra item, each with its quantity and its rate.
  1. Filling material, by the kilo
  2. Line marking, by the running foot
  3. Anything that is not in the catalogue
04 / 06

The tax split follows the site, not your office.

The state the site sits in decides whether the quotation carries CGST and SGST or IGST. Nobody picks it off a list, and nobody has to remember to.

The customer step of a quotation, with the site's state chosen and the tax split it decided shown underneath it.
  1. The state the site is in
  2. The split it decided, before a rate is entered
05 / 06

Your letterhead, your logo, your serial.

It comes out as the document your customer already knows, with your mark at the top and your numbering running in sequence, and there is no line on it saying which software made it. The button under it hands the PDF to WhatsApp.

The finished quotation on the letterhead, with the company's own logo above its name, the serial number, the customer and the first priced line.
  1. Your logo goes here
  2. Your serial, in sequence
  3. Out on WhatsApp, as a PDF
06 / 06

Every quotation you have sent, still there.

Filter the record by customer, by site or by month, and take the whole of it out to Excel at one row per line item when your accounts want it.

The history screen, listing quotations with their serial numbers and their values, above the button that exports them to Excel.
  1. Filter by customer, site or month
  2. Out to Excel, a row per line item

Drawn from the app. Try the real thing on sample data

Where this stops.

  • It isn’t accounting software, and it isn’t trying to be.
  • It doesn’t price the job for you. It prices what you tell it, off the rate card you gave it.
  • It can’t fix a rate card that’s wrong.
  • The demo runs on invented data. It isn’t your system, and it isn’t anyone’s.

Five that come up every time.

Does this replace Tally or our ERP?

Your accounts stay where they are. We do not replace Tally or your ERP and we do not ask you to. When a quotation is won, the app exports it in a format your accounts software can import, so nobody retypes line items. If you use a system we have not exported to yet, send us one sample import file and we will add it.

Whose data is it?

Yours. Export everything any day. If you stop paying, the app goes read-only. Nothing is deleted.

What happens where there is no signal?

Halcyon Crew installs to the home screen and opens without a signal once it is installed, and shows you what it last loaded. Sending a check in still needs a signal, and a check in typed without one is not held for later: it fails, and it has to be typed again once the phone is back in range.

What phones and computers does it need?

Halcyon Quote needs Chrome 108 or later, or Safari 15.4 or later, which on an iPhone means iOS 15.4 or later. On a laptop or desktop, a current Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. It reaches the server every time it is used, so it wants a 4G or Wi-Fi connection whenever it is open.

Halcyon Crew needs Chrome 111 or later on Android 8 or later, on a phone with 2 GB of memory or more, or iOS 16.4 or later, which is an iPhone 8 or newer. On a laptop or desktop, a current Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Chrome updates itself from the Play Store, so it is the Chrome version that decides this and rarely the Android one.

Halcyon Crew installs to the home screen and opens without a signal once it is installed, and shows you what it last loaded. Sending a check in still needs a signal, and a check in typed without one is not held for later: it fails, and it has to be typed again once the phone is back in range.
